This process begins with injection molding a precise preform that includes the bottle neck thread details. The preform then transfers to a blow station where the blow molding machine heats and expands it into the final shape. This method offers excellent control over wall thickness distribution and dimensional accuracy, making it valuable for applications requiring consistent performance.

Maintenance protocols for blow molding machines include regular inspection of hydraulic systems, heater bands, air valves, and mold alignment. Preventive maintenance helps identify potential issues before they cause production interruptions or quality variations. Proper cleaning of the blow molding machine components, particularly the extrusion head and mold surfaces, contributes to consistent product quality and reduces material contamination risks.
