Sweepstakes Rules – Eligibility & Entry Period Guide

Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) U.S. states and the District of Columbia who are physically located in the U.S. and who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state) at the start of the sweepstakes. Employees, officers, directors of the sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of sweepstakes materials, and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or household members are not eligible.

Sweepstakes period: Begins August 22 at 10:00 a.m. PT and ends August 29 at 11:59 p.m. PT.

How to enter: Visit tudum.com during the sweepstakes period and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. Required information includes full name, email address, state of residence, and phone number. All entries become the property of the sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Limit one (1) entry per person during the sweepstakes period.

Winner selection and notification: On or about September 3, the sponsor will randomly select seventeen (17) winners from all valid entries received. Each selected entrant will receive one (1) signed poster. The sponsor will make up to two (2) attempts to notify a potential winner by direct message to the email address provided on the entry form. Potential winners must respond within two (2) days of notification. Failure to respond in the required time may result in disqualification and, at the sponsor’s sole discretion, the selection of an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor decisions are final and binding.

Prize details and value: Seventeen (17) prizes will be awarded, each consisting of one (1) signed poster. The estimated retail value (ERV) of each prize is two hundred U.S. dollars ($200), with a total ERV of three thousand four hundred U.S. dollars ($3,400). Actual retail value (ARV) may vary; any difference between ERV and ARV will not be paid. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no express or implied warranty. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute any prize or prize element with one of comparable or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and must be accepted as awarded.

Winner responsibilities: All federal, state, local and other taxes, fees, and expenses associated with the acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Release and indemnification: By entering, each entrant agrees to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the sponsor and its affiliated companies from and against any claim, loss, injury or damage arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance, possession or use of any prize.

Sponsor rights and cancellation: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend the sweepstakes if viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, epidemics, pandemics, or other causes beyond sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the sweepstakes. If the sweepstakes is canceled or altered, sponsor may, in its discretion, select winners from all eligible entries received before and/or after any action taken by sponsor.

Privacy: Personal information collected in connection with the sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the sponsor’s privacy policy, available at tudum.com.
